Quotes: include all necessary labor, materials to complete the job and will be done in accordance with the Canadian plumbing and gas code. Quote is valid for 30 days from the date above. Any additional work requested is to be added to a change order and/or any extra trips will be subject to additional charges. Highwood plumbing & Gas Ltd. provides one-year warranty (from date of invoice) on fixtures and materials supplied by Highwood only. Warranty will be void if product has been moved from its initial place of installation and if it has been subject to faulty maintenance, abuse, misuse, or accident. A 2% per month charge (24% per annum) will be applied for accounts over 30 days outstanding.

Highwood Plumbing & Gas Ltd. Is not liable for any pre-existing plumbing and gas systems downstream and upstream of work or repair being performed.5. Highwood Plumbing & Gas Ltd. is not liable for any fittings, valves or adaptors at the connection point between existing plumbing and/or gas systems and any new piping being installed by Highwood Plumbing & Gas Ltd.6. When water supply to an old home has been shut down for a period of time it can cause the water supply lines to release rust and scale debris into the water supply system when the system is repressurized. The potential severity of this is not something that can be expected/ anticipated. If the existing fixtures become internally clogged with debris or will not shut off when the water is repressurized, Highwood Plumbing & Gas Ltd. will not accept liability for these repairs. During the water testing if there are any leaks or other problems with fixtures discovered, those will be brought to attention of customer and may result in additional charges.7. You the customer are responsible for existing old, fragile, or deteriorating piping systems that may become damaged during the course of the work being performed in your residence. You will be notified of any such situations if these were to occur. 8.  Highwood Plumbing & Gas Ltd. is not liable for any appliance waterline connections after they have been tested thoroughly, due to variability of usage. Example: Dishwashers, Fridge water connections, washers. 9. Highwood Plumbing & Gas Ltd. Tests and inspects all work performed by the company for quality assurance.
